GPO Exchange is a significant landmark project for Hindmarsh Plumbing with the technical aspect of the project being cutting edge in the commercial tenancy space.
The 19-storey tower achieved Adelaide’s first 5-star NABERS Energy rating, Gold WELL rating, and 6 Green Star rating. The water re-use systems, metering and wellness aspect of the design were all managed as part of Hindmarsh Plumbing’s design and construction scope.
Since completion of the project our business has secured the ongoing service contract with Charter Hall.
