We are continuously training and up-skilling our staff to ensure they are leaders in the industry with the skills to provide the best service possible to our clients.
As General Manager of Hindmarsh Plumbing, Kym has led the business to become a successful and market-leading organisation.
Kym’s role with Hindmarsh Plumbing commenced after an acquisition of Western Plumbers (a division of Hansen Yuncken) in 2002, where he was responsible for the general day to day management of the business.
Kym successfully managed the Service Division from 2002 to 2015, at which time he was appointed the General Manager of the entire business.
Kym’s leadership ensures that the business embraces innovation and technology, maintains a strong safety culture and supports people development at all levels.
Project Delivery Manager
As the Project Delivery Manager for Hindmarsh Plumbing, Luca oversees the construction team and is responsible for labour management, people management and project monitoring/forecasting.
Commencing with Hindmarsh Plumbing in 2007, Luca has over 10 years’ experience in the plumbing industry. His high quality, consistent and systematic approach to the management and completion of projects translates to a high level of satisfaction for clients.
Luca’s high profile projects include, but are not limited to; South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), the new Royal Adelaide Hospital (nRAH), Riverbank Precinct and Lyell McEwin Mental Health Building.
Business Development Manager
Commencing with Hindmarsh Plumbing in 1992, Matt has many years’ experience in the plumbing industry. He started his apprenticeship with us all those years ago!
Matt successfully builds relationships with our clients and promotes the value of Hindmarsh Plumbing via large tender submissions and regular client contact.
Matt provides invaluable leadership and mentorship to the construction teams. He is well respected for his ability to think laterally and efficiently to overcome any challenges.
Matt’s high profile projects include Queen Elizabeth Hospital – Inpatients Building, Embassy Apartments- North Terrace, Platinum Apartments & Entertainment Precinct – Stage 2B, Liberty Towers, Advertiser Building, Pier Hotel and Adelaide Oval Enabling works.
Design & Tender Support Manager
Commencing with Hindmarsh Plumbing in 2000, Rhett has held various roles throughout the business including site management and project management. In 2012, Rhett was promoted to Design Manager.
Rhett manages our design and drafting team to ensure high quality and effective plumbing designs for our clients and project teams.
Rhett maintains the highest standard of personal conduct. He is able to evaluate information quickly, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on practical judgment, plumbing experience, and common sense.
Group People & Culture Manager - Sarah Group
As the People & Culture Manager for Sarah Group, Alicia leads people and compliance initiatives across the Group, including Hindmarsh Plumbing.
Alicia boasts multiple qualifications including a Bachelor of Management (Human Resource Management) from the University of South Australia; a Diploma of Frontline Management from the Management and Research Centre; and a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety from the Motor Trades Association.
Alicia is also currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Employment Law at the University of Melbourne.
Previously holding the position of HR / QHSE Manager at Hindmarsh Plumbing and currently holding the position of Group HR Manager, Alicia leads and manages Human Resources and quality, safety and environmental (QHSE) management for Hindmarsh Plumbing. She also acts as a strategic partner across the Sarah Group.
Alicia’s technical knowledge and people skills allow her to continuously improve policies and practices within Hindmarsh Plumbing, while her strategic HR focus continues to drive employee engagement and retention.
Alicia takes a proactive approach to QHSE management which enables Hindmarsh Plumbing to lead the way in the industry. Alicia manages HP’s integrated quality, safety and environmental management third-party accredited systems (ISO9001, AS4801 & ISO14001).
Joining the team in 2016, Ben manages the internal accounting, finance and administration functions of the business.
Ben has a degree in commerce and finance from the University of South Australia, with over 10 years’ experience in a diverse range of industries. The construction industry is his passion.
