Our experienced Leadership Team is committed to providing our business and the plumbing industry with the highest calibre of plumbing professionals. We are continuously training and up-skilling our staff to ensure they are leaders in the industry with the skills to provide the best service possible to our clients.
Commencing with Hindmarsh Plumbing in 1992, Matt has many years’ experience in the plumbing industry. He
started his apprenticeship with us all those years ago!
Matt successfully builds relationships with our clients and promotes the value of Hindmarsh Plumbing via large
tender submissions and regular client contact. He is also responsible for the Construction Division and provides
invaluable leadership and mentorship to the construction teams.
Innovation, client satisfaction, safety, our people and our culture are values and passions that Matt prides himself
in. He is well respected for his ability to think laterally and efficiently to overcome any challenges and is a true
representation of what Hindmarsh Plumbing is all about.
Commencing with Hindmarsh Plumbing in 2000, Rhett has held various roles throughout the business including
site management, project management and design management.
Rhett currently manages our maintenance, servicing and water treatment teams both locally and interstate.
Maintaining the highest standard of personal conduct. He is able to evaluate information quickly, identify key
issues and formulate conclusions based on practical judgment, plumbing experience, and common sense
Project Delivery Manager
As the Project Delivery Manager for Hindmarsh Plumbing, Luca oversees the construction team and is responsible for labour management, people management and project monitoring/forecasting.
Commencing with Hindmarsh Plumbing in 2007, Luca has over 10 years’ experience in the plumbing industry. His high quality, consistent and systematic approach to the management and completion of projects translates to a high level of satisfaction for clients.
Luca’s high profile projects include, but are not limited to; South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), the new Royal Adelaide Hospital (nRAH), Riverbank Precinct and Lyell McEwin Mental Health Building.
Joining the team in 2016, Ben manages the internal accounting, finance and administration functions of the business.
Ben has a degree in commerce and finance from the University of South Australia, with over 10 years’ experience in a diverse range of industries. The construction industry is his passion.
